R1/Rocktool 1
From RockServ
Rocktool is an unofficial, custom, homebrewed (like the game itself) MUD client that Mystiq made for Rock: Conflict of Interests. Its pretty sweet. Try a Screenshot (last changed on June 28th) and don't forget to check out the Tips and Tricks. As a matter of interest, Rocktool is compressed with UPX.

- Rocktool 1.6.10 mauls you for 51 kilobytes!
(Note that it was Spanky's idea to do the "Rocktool mauls you --" thing, not Mystiq's.) (Spanky notes that its a good idea, too :)
Features:
- Cruise Control, move from one place to another unassisted, even create your own cruise control files
- Automatically attack an NPC (beware of death)
- Automatically sacrifice gold unattended (beware of n00bs grabbin' your gold)
- CP Manager, so you don't have to place all those 225 CPs by yourself and ruin your mouse
- Combat Brief/Alt Damage, shrink your 70 attacks into 3 lines, now for monsters (coming soon: for any player)
- Keep track of your highest hit, best round, average hit and average round; brag to all your friends
- Get all the stats you ever wanted on your attacks, including number of swings and misses and total damage
- Hovering over buttons on the console gives helpful tips.
Downfalls:
- Rocktool will likely never be able to get your weapon's attack string, ie, "You saintly slash" so instead it just picks a random one from a built-in list; this may or may not be rectified in the future (read: as a dirty hack)
- Internet Explorer is used as the base for it's web capabilities. :( Using Gecko is on the todo list.
- The damage statistic calculator will work on all character used within it. Also, it keeps track of your highest number of swings and only will calculate full rounds. This means that unless you get all 100 or so swings on an NPC, your average round damage and best round damage will not be determined.
Support: * Generally speaking, Rocktool isn't supported. If, however, you encounter an error regarding msvbvm60.dll, mswinsck.ocx, comdlg32.ocx, comctl32.ocx or tabctl32.ocx, downloading rocktoolxtras and unzipping the contents into either your windows/system folder or the directory that you run Rocktool from might relieve some gastrointestinal bloatation.
Known Bugs:
- If someone enters the room you're in just before you attack an NPC (ie, Player enters room, You hit NPC for 10 damage) and the NPC dies at the end of your round, their name will be taken as the monster's name (You make hurt Player for 10 damage!. This is such a weird bug we at Rocktool Inc. are not sure it deserves fixing.
Disclaimer:
- Rocktool is likely to crash at any point, though care has been taken since Mystiq uses it too. He is not responsible for lost turns and/or lost experience as well as lost hair strands or innocent mice and keyboards due to frustrations
- When Rocktool takes any automated action it includes a string in the url that identifies itself to Rock. This is so rogue versions can be shut down without harming the game.
- Rocktool is not endorsed in any way by the Dillfrog.com admin dudes and dudettes. Please do not e-mail your Rocktool support questions to Dillfrog Support, as they do not support this product. Use at your own risk.
